Alex Hall

Dr. Alexander Hall is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and an Associate Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). He is also the Co-Director of Professional Licensure Examinations, overseeing the intricacies of the school’s CDCA licensing process. Dr. Hall has been a CDCA examiner for over the last decade examining students in dental schools across the nation. In his role as Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Hall leads and develops programs that aim to educate and introduce TCDM to under-represented minorities, through outreach and admissions efforts. He currently teaches Clinical and Operative Dentistry in addition to Dental Anatomy and Occlusion.

Dr. Hall joined TCDM in 2016 and previously served as Clinical Practice Leader at Touro Dental Health, TCDM’s dental teaching practice, where he oversaw the clinical training of third and fourth year students. Prior to TCDM, Dr. Hall was a member of the faculty of Rutgers Dental School for six years where he was Assistant Professor of Clinical and Operative Dentistry. He currently runs a general dentistry practice in West Orange, New Jersey, and has maintained other successful practices in East Orange and Springfield. Dr. Hall is licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
