Dr. Jay Rubin is the Director of Implant Dentistry and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). He is board certified in Periodontology, as well as Dental Implant Surgery. Dr. Rubin is certified in the pinhole surgical technique and the Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP), the only FDA-cleared laser treatment for periodontal disease. Prior to joining TCDM, Dr. Rubin held positions on the faculty of Columbia College of Dental Medicine and Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he taught third and fourth-year students in periodontics. He has lectured for various hospitals, residency programs, implant companies and dental meetings. He maintains a successful private practice in Brooklyn, New York, and is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
