A graduate of the University of Connecticut with an honors degree in Physiology and Neurobiology, Dr. Bayliss completed her honors thesis on Head and Neck Embryology curricula for dental students. She graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with her DMD in 2014 and completed her general practice residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT.


Dr. Allison Baylis is the course director for Growth and Development at Touro College of Dental Medicine. She works full time in private practice at West Shore Family Dental in West Haven, CT which she purchased in January 2017.
