Dr. Joshua Chopp is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). In addition to his current teaching responsibilities, Dr. Chopp currently works in private practice in Brooklyn, New York, where he is a partner. Prior to that, Dr. Chopp owned and maintained his own private practice in Brooklyn for over twenty years after completing his residency at Seaview/Lincoln Hospital in New York City. He has completed mini residencies in periodontal surgery and advanced periodontal surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in addition to completing a mini residency on surgical implantology through the New York Implant Institute. Dr. Chopp has also completed a number of continuing education courses on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, diode laser utilization and esthetic and restorative dentistry. He is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
