Tina Tran

Dr. Tina Tran is a Clinical Practice Leader and Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM) and a Clinical Practice Leader at Touro Dental Health, the 115-chair clinical teaching practice. In this role, she oversees the clinical training of the college’s third and fourth-year students as they transition from preclinic to providing patients with quality dental care. Dr. Tran joined the TCDM faculty in 2019, and, in addition to her current teaching responsibilities, works in private practice in New York City where she diagnoses and treats more complex cases in addition to supervising and training doctors and dental assistants. She has extensive experience performing cosmetic care, preventive and operative care, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and simple extractions. Dr. Tran has participated in a number of continuing education courses on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry and infection control. She is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
