Robert Weber

Dr. Robert Weber is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). Dr. Weber is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology and currently works in private practice in New Rochelle, Queens and Manhattan, focusing on periodontics and oral implantology. He has extensive clinical experience in dental implants as well as periodontal surgical procedures. 

Prior to his current teaching responsibilities, Dr. Weber was a Clinical Instructor Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City, and his previous research includes the study of various aspects of the immunopathogenesis of periodontal diseases with a focus on Interleukins. He has participated in a number of continuing education courses, from both the Northeastern Society of Periodontists and the American Academy of Periodontology, in topics ranging from complex bone grafting for implants to 3D imaging and treatment. Some of his additional interests in the field include, but are not limited to, gum disease and the link between oral health and overall health. Dr. Weber is licensed to practice in the state of New York.
