Touro Dental Health is partnering with the Ossining Union Free School District, the Elmsford Union Free School District and the Peekskill City School District to present this year’s Give Kids A Smile! event, a day of free dental care and orthodontic consultantions, fun educational activities, entertainment and more. This FREE event is open to all school district children ages 14 and under, along with their families. This special event is also open to the public while appointments remain. 

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend. Space is limited. Please pre-register to reserve your spot using the link below.

Free Dental Care 

Touro Dental Health faculty, dental students, and community dentists are joining together to provide free dental care to children ages 14 and under during Give Kids A Smile! Day. Dental screenings, cleanings, x-rays and fluoride will be provided at no cost. Each child will receive a report of the dental care they received as well as any findings or recommendations. Kids will go home with a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss, and be educated on proper brushing techniques to ensure a long-lasting healthy smile.

Free Orthodontic Consultations 

Our faculty Orthodontists will be available to provide free consultations for children and teens interested in braces or invisalign. All patients must complete a dental screening exam in order to receive the orthodontic consultation. Please indicate your interest in an orthodontics conusltation when you register for the event.

Fun Activities

Children and families will participate in fun, educational activities designed to promote good health habits at home. Games, crafts, facepainting, puppets, music, food and giveaways will be available to all participants at no cost.

Transportation

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend. Free transportation  to Touro Dental Health will be available by request for those who need it. Complimentary valet parking is available at Touro Dental Health. Click here for directions and location information.

Registration

Please submit the form below to pre-register and reserve a spot for your child to participate in Give Kids A Smile! Day at Touro Dental Health. Be sure to include a phone number and email address if you have one. You will be contacted with additional information and instructions to complete your registration for this event. Registration will close on February 14, 2020. All children must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian and must complete medical history forms that will be provided to you.
