Touro Dental Health is partnering with the Ossining Union Free School District (OUFSD) and the Elmsford Union Free School District (EUFSD) to present this year’s GIVE KIDS A SMILE! Event - a day of free dental screenings, fun and educational activities, entertainment, and more. This free event is open to all children ages 12 and under from the districts listed above, along with their families.  

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend. Space is limited. Please pre-register using the forms linked below.

Free Dental Care 

Touro Dental Health faculty, dental students, and community dentists are joining together to provide free dental care to children ages 12 and under during Give Kids A Smile! Day. Dental screenings will be provided at no cost. Each child will receive a report of the dental care they received as well as any findings or recommendations for further treatment. Follow-up care will be provided free of charge.* Children will go home with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss, and fun prizes, after learning about proper brushing techniques, and other dental health facts to ensure a long-lasting healthy smile.

*Free care includes professional cleaning, scans (X-rays), fillings, and extractions. Does not include sedation procedures or orthodontics.

Fun Activities

Children and families will participate in fun, educational activities designed to promote good health habits at home. Games, crafts, facepainting, puppets, music, snacks, and giveaways will be available to all participants at no cost.

Transportation

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend. Free transportation to and from Touro Dental Health will be available by request, from your school district, for those who need it. Registration

Please submit the form below to pre-register and reserve a spot for your child to participate in Give Kids A Smile! Day at Touro Dental Health. Be sure to include a phone number and email address if you have one. You will be contacted with additional information and instructions to complete your registration for this event. Registration will close on April 2, 2022. All children must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian and must have a medical history and release form on file - forms will be provided to you after you register using the links.
