Class of 2021 White Coat Ceremony

The donning of the white coat is symbolic of a student’s commitment and dedication to the profession of dentistry. This special event marks the Class of 2021’s entry into the clinical setting as dental care providers.
Guest Information
The White Coat Ceremony will take place on Sunday June 2, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Performing Arts Center on the Purchase College-SUNY campus in Purchase, NY. The ceremony will run approximately 90 minutes. A reception with light refreshments for all students and guests will immediately follow the ceremony in the upper lobby area.
Tickets:
Each student will receive a limited number of tickets for the White Coat Ceremony and must reserve them in advance for their designated guests. Due to limited seating, all guests must have a ticket and seating is reserved. Tickets will be distributed to students the week prior to the event. There will be no additional tickets available on the day of the event.
Parking:
Free parking for the event is available in the WEST 1 and WEST 2 lots (follow the Touro event parking signs).
Lodging:

Dean's Breakfast Reception & Open House
Students and their designated guests are also invited to join Dean Ronnie Myers, D.D.S., and senior leadership for a light champagne breakfast and tours of Touro Dental Health, our clinical training facility. This special event will take place the morning of the White Coat Ceremony from 9:00 – 11:00am at Touro College of Dental Medicine at 19 Skyline Drive in Hawthorne, NY. This event is limited to student-designated guests of the White Coat Ceremony only.
White Coat Notes
Commemorate this special day by sending a personalized White Coat Note to a student. White Coat Notes are an opportunity for friends and family near or far to share words of congratulations and support that will become a keepsake for years to come. TCDM will deliver your special message printed on elegant stationary before the ceremony begins for a donation of $50. All proceeds will benefit the TCDM Student Scholarship Fund.
Other Activities
Friends and family who are staying in the area may be interested in participating in our Golf and Tennis Championship the following day, Monday, June 3, at the Willow Ridge Country Club. This annual fundraising event will include golf, tennis, pool & club house activities as well as a chance to socialize with the TCDM community.
