Give Kids A Smile
Smile! Kids and teens of all ages are invited to join Touro College of Dental Medicine for a variety of fun and interesting programs during National Children’s Dental Health Month. Take our video challenge, enter our essay contest or meet our dentists in training during a live online class. Win lots of great prizes, all while learning about the importance of oral health!
These programs are available in February 2021. Participants of the video challenge and essay contest must be residents of NY, NJ or CT to be eligible to win. All entries must be received by March 15, 2021.
Video Challenge
KIDS: Pre-K – Grade 3
Watch a fun video created especially for kids and starring TCDM’s very own Captain Cavity Fighter! Then, answer our special Cavity Fighters Quiz to enter a raffle contest. Just for completing and submitting our quiz, you’ll receive a special prize in the mail! One lucky raffle winner will receive a $100 gift card!

Meet the Dentist LIVE!
KIDS: Grades 4-7
Live from TCDM it’s Meet the Dentist! In this 45-minute interactive online class full of fun games and learning, you’ll get to meet some of our awesome student dentists, who will give you the inside scoop on dentist-approved tips and tricks to keeping your smile sparkling. Then, submit your short essay about why taking care of your teeth is important. We’ll select three winners to receive great prizes, and the winning essays may be featured on our website and social media channels. 1st Place will receive an iPad mini and 2nd and 3rd place will receive a $100 gift card.

Essay Contest
KIDS: Grades 4-7
Touro College of Dental Medicine invites you to share your own dental experiences and opinions about the importance of oral health by entering our Essay Contest! One grand prize winner will receive an iPad mini, and two other lucky winners will receive $100 gift cards! Winning essays may be featured on our website and social media channels. You must be a student in grades 4-7 and live in NY, NJ or CT to be eligible to win.
To enter, complete the form and make sure to get your parent or guardian’s signature. Virtual Dental Career Day
TEENS: Grades 8-12
Are you interested in art, science and technology? Maybe you’re a future dentist in the making! During this live 45-minute webinar, you’ll learn all about exciting careers in dentistry from our student dentists. Get a behind the scenes look at digital dentistry, including how 3D printing is used to make teeth and other tools. Plus, you’ll have the chance to win great prizes during a live trivia contest.

PLUS! FREE DENTAL CARE: February 16th – 26th
Kids 16 and under can receive FREE dental screenings, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride, sealants and limited restorations including fillings at Touro Dental Health during the dates listed above. Space is limited and exclusions may apply. Multiple appointments may be required to complete treatment. As long as the treatment plan is complete and approved within the 2 weeks, treatment may continue beyond the promotional period.
